Any makeup style and hairstyle of your choosing including: - Premium silk false lashes - Luxury hairpieces and hairpins - Location: your house or apartment. Please note, parking must be available and all parking fees are the responsibility of the client. - Touch-up kit so you can maintain the look throughout your event - Pre and post-care information kits to ensure you get the most out of the service - Please message me if you need an express service (40-minute hairstyling & makeup) Popular reasons for getting professional makeup and hairstyling include: - Confirmation ceremonies - Acting or modelling images - Dancing competitions or recitals - Family portraits - Birthday parties - Flower girls or wedding guests Unfortunately, no amount of Photoshop can fix makeup that hasn't been applied well. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Cancellation Policy KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans has a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients. No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We hope that you will appreciate our Booking and Cancellation Policy. To secure an appointment at KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans we require full payment at the time of booking in your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. If cancelling outside of 24 hours prior to your appointment any money paid will be placed as a credit in your client notes to use for your next booking (money credits will never expire). If you would prefer a refund you will need to contact the KH Luxury Makeup salon either by email or phone. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show to your appointment your full payment will be forfeited. If you need to late cancel your appointment due to being a Covid positive case you will need to show proof of positive results notification to receive either a full refund or a credit into your account otherwise standard cancellation policy applies. Please note: If moving your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time the appointment then cannot be cancelled at any time otherwise a full cancellation fee will be applicable (ie you cannot move your appointment to a future date and then just cancel it to avoid losing any payment already made). There are absolutely no exceptions to this new policy. No matter how good a client is, no matter how long they’ve been with us and no matter how small the appointment booking is. One rule. For all clients. No exceptions. What we will allow however is that they are more than welcome to offer their appointment to a friend, associate, or family member if they cannot make their appointment to avoid losing any fees paid. In the event that we need to cancel your appointment at any time (including due to a positive Covid case of any staff member or due to having a positive case at the salon and then needing to close to deep clean the salon) we will contact you to try to reschedule your appointment. If another day/time is not suitable then we will refund any money already paid, or you can choose to have it placed in your client notes as a credit to use for a future appointment (this money credit will never expire). Terms and Conditions This Terms of Use statement applies to all KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans products, services and information on this website. Skin Conditions KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans uses Professional Spray Tan Solutions and professional makeup brands. Some people may react negatively to the tan or makeup. If you have eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis, or any other skin ailments, please request your Spray Tan Technician or Makeup Artist to patch test your skin before having your spray tan or makeup service. Your Spray Tan Technician or Makeup Artist can test a patch on the inside of your elbow or behind the knee. Tan Duration Your tan duration will vary from client to client. The spray tan usually lasts between 7 – 10 days. The timing will vary depending on your skin cycle and your preparation prior to your tan. Refusal of Service KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans have the right to refuse service. If our technicians decide it is unsuitable to spray tan or provide service to a client, they can refuse to service a client. General Provisions In these Terms of Service, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘KH Luxury Makeup’ or ‘KH Luxury Tans’ means www.katorders.com . “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. Access to and use of this website and the goods and services available herein (known as the services) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ’Terms of Service’) By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly and take notice of any changes that are made to the Terms of Service. Access to this website is permitted by KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time. Some parts or all of this website may also be restricted from time to time. Payment Methods Payment methods available to you are listed on our website. All payments on this website are collected in $AUD (Australian Dollars). We reserve the right to vary these payment methods from time to time. No orders or services will be dispatched or rendered until payment in full has been received, approved and processed by KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans. Pricing and Availability Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are true, correct and accurate, from time to time errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible, providing you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or the opportunity of cancelling it. If we do not hear back from you we will cancel the order without further notice. If the goods have been paid for you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are an additional charge which are clearly displayed and included in “total cost”. Discount Codes From time to time we will offer promotional discount codes. These codes will only be applied to the products to which the discount code relates. Conditions surrounding the use of the discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Incorrect Orders All orders sent by KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans are checked and double-checked prior to packaging, but on the rare occasion a mistake may occur. If the item received is not the product to which you ordered or which is stated and paid for under the agreement or contract of sale, as listed on the invoice, these products may be returned, however any use of the products by you will be deemed as acceptance by you and will not be replaced by KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans. In the event that you do receive goods incorrectly, please contact KH Luxury Makeup and KH Luxury Tans via email makeup@katorders.com and you will not be charged for a redelivery if it is agreed that KH Luxury Makeup or KH Luxury Tans is at fault. All products to be returned must satisfy the following criteria: The same/actual product to which was received by you, which was the incorrect product to which was ordered, not a substituted product ie. old stock, stock belonging to another similar or same type product. Any returns that do not satisfy the above mentioned will see you charged the full price of the product (either wholesale or retail) as well as freight costs. Complaints Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments as we have a complaint procedure, where we will try to handle disputes as they may arise. Please email makeup@katorders.com Waiver If you breach the conditions set out and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where the conditions are breached.
